Roicare Hospital’s Children’s Development Center provides comprehensive, high-quality medical services for children aged 0–14. The center includes Pediatric Outpatient Services, Child Wellness Clinic, and a state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Guided by the principles of safety, compassion, and holistic care, we strive to create a warm and child-friendly healing environment.

• Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

  Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood illnesses, including respiratory, digestive, and neurological conditions.

  Growth and development monitoring, nutrition counseling, behavioral assessments, and routine health checkups to support healthy development.

• NICU

  Equipped with advanced technology and staffed by an experienced neonatal care team, our NICU offers specialized care for premature, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns.

Pediatric Outpatient Clinic: Expert Care, Gentle Treatment

Led by Prof. Zhiling Yu, former Director of Neonatology at Shengjing Hospital, our pediatric clinic follows a “safety first, rational use of medication, prevention-focused” approach. We treat a wide range of common childhood illnesses, including respiratory, digestive, hematologic, and endocrine conditions.

To reduce anxiety, the clinic features colorful, cartoon-themed rooms. Whenever possible, we use physical therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine instead of intravenous medication.

We are equipped with advanced devices like integrated nebulizer-suction machines and pulse therapy units for efficient treatment of bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, and more.

Child Preventive Care Clinic: Smart Parenting, Healthy Growth

Led by Prof. Zhiling Yu and child health expert Dr. Yanling Chen, the Child Preventive Care Clinic combines medical expertise with developmental support.
Focusing on prevention and early intervention, we provide personalized health screening based on age, growth tracking, nutrition guidance, and parenting support to promote healthy development from infancy onward.

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU): Specialized Care, Newborn Protection

Our NICU, led by Prof. Zhiling Yu and Dr. Li Yao, offers advanced care for premature, low birth weight, and critically ill newborns.
With five specialized beds and top-tier equipment—including intelligent ventilators and integrated warming incubators—our team delivers round-the-clock, personalized treatment and careful monitoring for the most vulnerable patients.
