Comprehensive Assisted Reproductive Technologies

• In Vitro Fertilization – Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET)

  Recommended for tubal factor infertility, ovulatory dysfunction, endometriosis, mild male infertility (e.g., oligoasthenozoospermia), unexplained infertility, or immunological infertility. Not suitable for patients with serious mental illness, certain infectious diseases, genetic conditions, or uterine abnormalities that prevent pregnancy.

• Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

  Primarily for severe male infertility, including oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia, or obstructive azoospermia. Similar contraindications as IVF-ET; cases with high sperm DNA fragmentation require thorough evaluation.

• Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

  Indicated for mild male factor infertility, cervical factor infertility, structural abnormalities, immune-related infertility, and unexplained infertility. Contraindicated in women with acute genital infections or severe systemic or genetic conditions.
